All Sales Are Final

All sales made through the Captain Chicken Nugget website are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change      of mind
  • Ordering      the wrong item
  • Personal      preferences

  

Damaged Items & Replacements

We want every Captain Chicken Nugget book to arrive in heroic condition! If your item arrives damaged, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The      damage must have occurred during shipping
  • Replacement      requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof      of damage (such as clear photos of the item and packaging) is required

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

  

How to Request a Replacement

  • Your      order number
  • A      brief description of the damage
  • Clear      photos showing the damage

Non-Eligible Items

We cannot offer replacements for:

  • Normal      wear and tear
  • Damage      caused after delivery
